Returns or Refunds
Returns and Refunds are allowed within 30 days after you have received your order. Please contact sales@urbanrootscbd.com to receive instructions on how to return your unopened product. You will be required to pay return shipping to Urban Roots PO BOX 85594 Westland MI 48185 and will receive a full refund or new product within 7 business days of your return being received. 
After your return is processed and receiving a refund please allow 3-5 business days to see a refund on your credit card statement. 

If you receive a damaged product via shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving and we will coordinate a replacement within 30 days of your receiving date.


Sale, Contest, or Giveaway items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or special contest items or giveaways cannot be refunded.
